Whats the free account ?

Our FREE online office feature enables you to set up and run a secure virtual office space wherever there is an internet connection.
The online account offers many business feautures to help manage and run your company. Some of these features include:

  • calender
  • address book
  • email
  • SMS
  • WAP.....and many more, all completely FREE.

What's in it for me ?

Our FREE online office account allows you to easily and effectively manage and administer your OneOffice service(s) remotely, freeing you up from being tied to a desk.
The online office allows you to:

  • store and access your documents.
  • share documents and information with staff, clients and associates on a password access basis.
  • take advantage of the not/minutes typing service by allowing OneOffice staff access to certain files stored in your virtual office space.

How long to activate my service ?

Please allow 24 - 48 hours for all services to activate (NB: not inc mail forwarding).
Please be advised that we cannot activate any of our services until after the activation fee has been authorised.

What is the minimum term ?

Our minimum term is three months, thus we require three months payment in advance.
One month is for the activation of your service(s). The additional two months act as a deposit, should you wish to terminate your service(s) at any time.

How do I terminate my account ?

In the event that you wish to terminate your service(s), please be advised that we require two months written notice.
Once you have adhered to this requirement, the two months deposit initially paid when activating your service(s) will go into effect. Your services will be activated for an additional two months at no additional cost.

What payment options do I have ?

Monthly payments for any of our services can be made via three ways:

MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, American Express

  • Credit Card (VISA MASTERCARD SWITCH SOLO etc)
  • Cheque
  • Bacs Transfer
